Wednesday saw us, the Exclusives, heading down to Fort Canning Park for our PICNIC!
Btw, it's my first-ever picnic experience! HAHAH
So anw, this was sorta impromptu
as it was planned by Ting only
few days before.
However, it turned out to be sucha SUCCESS
despite the spoiler weather.

Okay, so what happened was,
once we stepped out of DhobyGhaut MRT Station,
it started DRIZZLING.
FYI, we're like cursed all the time.
The rain seems to like us a lot,
& follows us for all outings.
hahah.
So, we stood at one area,
contemplating whether to just continue with our plan,
or to go to SMU to picnic instead,
& for 1 sec, we wanted to just picnic outside the MRT station area.
the things we'll do. ;D
So anw, we went SMU to check out every lil' corners,
& eventually....................
we headed to Fort Canning Park, as planned!
& so, we asked an Aussie Tourist to take this group shot for us.

25th June:
猪妈咪's birthday. Sis brought us to Crystal Jade for Steamboat buffet.
Ten thumbs up for this!
it's so much better than the usual steamboats (Bugis, Novena, etc.)
Why?
- The place is so damn clean.
- Air-conditioned.
- The stove used is those electrical ones, you know, the flat kinda, w/o usage of gas. Aye, i dont know the name for it. In short, no smelly smelly smoky smell.
- You tick on the list the dishes that you want, & they will be served. & you can reorder ANYTIME.
- The ingredients are all fresh: fresh chicken, FISH, LIVEPRAWNS(100g per pax), etc. Even the crabsticks, fishballs, cuttlefish balls, & all those arent frozen kinda. You know, usually when you go for steamboat, the meat & other ingredients are all frozen & comes in one BIG LUMP.
- The prawn dumplings ROCK.
- Free flow of Coke/Sprite/Orange Juice/Chinese Tea.
- The prawn dumplings are really nice. HAHAH
- Oh, there's porridge soup base.
- I really love the FISH & Prawn dumplings LA.

Cause apparently, the poor prawns were still struggling.
& then Kat had fun playing with the prawns,
giving them some slow torture by dipping the sticks into the soup,
& then taking it out,

okay, sounds damn saddist.
i wasnt at all involved in this okay,
all i did was to eat the cooked prawns.
