I'm finally here to blog about the trip in words & pictures.

We reached Genting Highlands at approximately 1230pm,

waited for a while at the lobby cafe for our hotel check-in.

It was an awesome trip with Mummee,
It was her very first holiday in 20++ years; our very first holiday together. :)

Four Hundred & Fifty Nine. -Mother's Day Part II

One week after Mother's Day,

I had a date with Mummee at Singapore Flyer,

thanks to Noisy Crayons's invitation :)

Decided to bring Mummee along for this event so that she can have a Flyer experience!

In a way, it was Mother's Day celebration Part II.

For my dearest special friend.

On 16th May, Mel turned 23!

She was invited to an event held by Standard Chartered and Wild Interactive at 1-Stellar,

& she was so nice to invite me along.

So yes, I spent (part of) her bday with her :)

 Audi Fashion Festival (AFF) Singapore returns for its fourth installment this year with a new theme “Lighting the Future”.

From the world’s most revered designers and international top models to red carpet fashion galas 

and glamorous after-parties, 

the Audi Fashion Festival was geared up for its high-octane return to Singapore.

Attended it last Friday (18th May) with Maybeline :)

Of course, we had our companions with us, our Casio Sheen!

Mother's Day celebration was at 

Wan Chai HongKong Tea Room @ Sembawang Shopping Centre :)

Sis & I decided to bring Mummee out for lunch instead of dinner because

we thought it would not be as crowded,

& yes, we were right!

In bro-in-law's lorry!

I suggested this place because I saw it the last time I had a gathering at Aston.

Four Hundred & Fifty One. -Next Face of Asia

Thanks to OMY again, Maybeline & I had the privilege to attend Next Face of Asia.

We rushed down from Wavehouse (from Monster Beats' official launch) 

to Shaw @ Lido for the event,

which was one of the events for Fashion Steps Out (FSO).

What exactly is FSO about??

"A shopping extravaganza promoting fashion for everyday use.

An annual six-week fashion extravaganza with a myriad of fashion and shopping related events, showcasing the latest Spring/Summer collections from around the globe. The opening night will feature 100 regional and local models on the longest catwalk in Singapore, which will be outdoor on Orchard Road. There will be alfresco seating for passers-by to watch the models. Other events include an Asian Model Search where the public get to vote and Fashion Gets Real workshops where shoppers style themselves and get advice from a panel of fashion experts."

Thanks to OMY,

Maybeline & I had the honour to attend MONSTER Beats official launch.

It was Monster's highly-anticipated 2012 collection line-up,

& Singapore was the first country to officially launch Inspiration, Diamond Tears & Diesel range in the world.

It's the weekend!!

Going for some Food Hunt over the weekend?

I'm here to recommend you some places which I discovered recently!

First up: Nakhon Kitchen (Thai food!)

I was craving for thai food, & Beee did a hungrygowhere search,

& tadah, we headed to Nakhon the very next day.

Phadthai Tang Hoon: $6

 LOVES IT!!!!!!!

my favourite among the 4 dishes that we ordered.

The peanut pieces & chilli flakes added a different texture to the dish.

The dish wasnt too oily.

Tasty & generous amount of ingredients.

Would have been better if the serving was slightly bigger.

Greedy is me. ;D

Four Hundred & Forty Eight. -GV Jurong Point + The Avengers

1st May 2012 marked a milestone for Golden Village,

as it reopened its doors at GV Jurong Point, after a $4.5million dollar renovation.

I was one of the lucky ones to be invited to this event,

thanks to OMY

We were invited to catch the movie The Avengers (more abt that later!)

& had a chance to experience the new cinema.

Invited my dearest Min along :)

Heh I'm here to share with you about a new local movie,

which will be released on 17th May.

*Note: the release date should be 17th May 2012.

On the last night of April, I caught the movie preview of Ghost on Air 《靈聼》,
