showed Mummee my new item collected,
& realized it was the same colour as her shirt!
so she did this:
即使只有我们两,我们也要好好过。开开心心过新年。:)
I love her, so so much. :)

It's CNY/LNY's eve tomorrow!

Sis & bro-in-law & tingting went back to msia!
It really doesnt matter how cliche all these may sound,
but to me,
Lunar New Year is the time for all families to gather together,
& enjoy some family warmth.
I don't understand how some people can go on complaining forever,
about how boring visits can be (yes, to some extent, yes.),
how lame the traditions are,
(Ah yes, the infamous Amos Yee comes to mind now.)
but no, you dont use such a strong word.
It really is a tradition that we should be proud of,
& should be kept forever.
Stop acting all cool & think that "young people nowadays"
must not enjoy chinese new year.
Cny goodies & nice reunion dinner aside,
it is the quality family time that we really should cherish.
You'll never know who may not be present at the reunion dinner table
the very next year.
Okay, not to sound too heavy-hearted,
but you get my drift.
So yes,
please enjoy yourself during this long weekend.
the very first thing that you should do once you wake up,
is to greet your parents with all the auspicious sayings,
& bless them to have a healthy year ahead.
Even if this tradition does not matter much to you,
it may still means alot to the older generation.
okay, random rantings aside.
what ive been up to these few days:
