Healthy Diet Week 2!

Heh, im really diligently noting down what I ate.

if this bores you, just skip this entry okie! :) :)

Day 8:
Breakfast-coffee, soonkueh
Lunch- soyabean milk less sugar, Mr bean's pancake
Gym!!!!!!!
Dinner- lotus roots soupy!, veg cooked with oyster sauce w/o oil, steamed fish!
Supper- apple,yoghurt

Day 9
Breakfast- coffee, one wholemeal bread with jam
Lunch- apple, soonkueh
Teatime- raisins, one salmon and one spicy tuna sushi
Dinner- green apple green tea 20% sugar, aloe vera in place of pearls, fishball soup

Day 10
Breakkie- 2 scrambled eggs aka Macdonald-imitation eggs. LOVE IT! made them myself!

Lunch- fish soup, damai from Zheng Xing Mei Shi (@ Albert Food centre)
THIS DESSERT STALL ROCKS TO THE MAX! very very nice dessert @ $1.40 per bowl. long queue tho!

*mum's fav black glutinous rice, with longans! $1.40 only leh!

Dinner- ytf soupy while bf & mum were happilly tempting me with their food!!
Supper- roasted chestnut, yoghurt

Day 11
Breakkie- coffee, post cereals

*fav brand!

Lunch- hello panda milk, soya icecream(This is a bad example of healthy diet tho. no proper lunch. *shakes head*)
Dinner- fish soup, Eskimo Hazelnut Milk Tea 25% sugar, less pearls!

Day 12- FAIL!!
Breakkie- oats, wholemeal bread
Lunch-waffle
Dinner- destroyed!! because I had a gathering with my Netball club people, our Annual General Mtg in fact.





So i had lotsa junk food like Domino pizza, shepherds pie, & sushi. heheheheheh.


Day 13
Breakkie- apple, pear, milk
Lunch- fishball soup
Tea-time- coffee
Dinner- cereal
Supper- Fruits, yoghurt

Day 14
Breakkie- Tausuan
Lunch- Kuayteow soupy
Dinner- curry chix!!! Cooked w/o chicken skin, & with low-fat evaporated milk in place of coconut. HEALTHIER, yet as delicious! :)
Supper- Gyoza & chicken wings made by bf's parents

Heh, as you can see, i ate lesser on Day 13 because of the sinful meal the day before. ;D

So what Im trying to say is,
it's okay to exceed your calories intake on some of the days,
Do not be so angry with yourself & become so grouchy just because you ate too much on some of the days.
It's okay to eat more on some occasions!! just make it up by eating lesser the next one day or two.
NOTE: & I meant eat lesser, & NOT not eating anything!! :)

Anyway, I'm so glad that I know how to cook.

Because I can always cook my own meals,
in the healthier way!
& of course, Im grateful that Mummee heeds my advice & cook with lesser oil when she cooks for the family :)

    If only ALL the girls can understand this as well.
    It gets really annoying when they simply refused to eat, and always complain about being fat. very turn-off..
